Product Details

Unlike a lot of butchers we still make our own sausages, following a family recipe created originally by Alex and now handed down to Ben. Our spin on saltbush flavour is enclosed with a natural thicker skin. Made daily by our butchers at our Port Pirie production site.

Expect a minimum of 16 sausages per/kg.
